Work Experience In July 1986 to August 1991, He worked in Xinjiang Polytechnic College.
In March 2002, he was approved to be the master tutor of School of mechanics and architectural engineering of China University of mining and Technology (Beijing).
In 2009, he was approved as doctoral supervisor of School of mechanics and architectural engineering, China University of mining and Technology (Beijing).

Research Interests (1) The theory, technology and design method of excavation and support of tunnel / roadway engineering;
(2) The theory and technology of intelligent and rapid tunneling of tunnel / roadway engineering;
(3) Stability analysis and optimization design method of mine slope engineering;
(4) The theory and technology of excavation and support of Urban Underground Space Engineering
(5) Application of distributed optical fiber intelligent monitoring technology in coal mine. Main contents:
① The distributed optical fiber monitoring technology for the space-time evolution law of overlying strata and the height of "two zones" in mines;
② Distributed optical fiber monitoring technology for deformation law of floor rock layer and height of "three zones" in mine;
③ Distributed optical fiber monitoring technology of roadway roof deformation;
④ Distributed optical fiber monitoring technology of rock burst precursor information;
⑤ Distributed optical fiber monitoring technology of goaf temperature and spontaneous combustion;
⑥ Distributed optical fiber monitoring technology for slope stability of open pit mine;

Social Service 
Currently, he is appointed as experts in the evaluation of the dangerous sub divisional and sub divisional projects of Beijing, the project review experts of the Ministry of science and technology and the Ministry of education, the reviewer of several important journals such as the Journal of rock mechanics and engineering, and the Editorial Committee of geotechnical mechanics.
