Research Interests Fundamental and applied researches on rock mechanics and rock dynamics, applied geophysics and rock physics, based on analytical studies, laboratory tests, and numerical modelling.
Current research topics include wave propagation in fractured rock masses, dynamic property of rock mass, equivalent medium model for jointed rock mass, induced seismicity, microwave technology for rock fracturing, rock engineering design against dynamic loads.
