Work Experience 2000-now, Department of Geotechnical and Underground Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, engaged in geotechnical engineering teaching and research
1987-1995, worked at Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Minister of Metallurgical Industry, engaged in rock mechanics and engineering research; 

Research Interests (1) Geotechnical damage theory and constitutive relationship; 
(2) Geotechnical engineering numerical analysis method and application; 
(3) Special soil foundation and its treatment technology; 
(4) Tunnel and underground engineering;
(5) Foudation pit and slope engineering.
